Heat host Pacers on Tuesday evening
The Miami Heat shoots for its seventh straight wins when they host the visiting Indiana Pacers on Tuesday evening in the current National Basketball Association season.
The red-hot Heat (37-14) had been picked to prevail over the Pacers (21-27) due to their superior record.
The Heat are the favorites to win over the Pacers because the team has once again found its winning groove these days.
One thing going for the Heat is the fact that its vaunted big-three made up of NBA superstars Dwayne “Flash” Wade, Lebron “King” James and Chris Bosh are all healthy and doing good in the past few games of the team.
It can be recalled that during some losing streak of the team the big-three had not been performing well or are out due to their injuries.
Now that all of them are back in harness, the Heat is again surging back to the top of the NBA.
To keep their winning streak going, the big-three needs to continually play superb for their team against the Pacers.
NBA scoring leaders Wade and James must continue to lead the scoring tasks for their team to defeat the Pacers.
The Heat also needs to play their top form in defense to silence and beat the visiting Pacers.
The Pacers might be the underdog in this game but the team could not be counted out in this game since they had earlier beat the Heat in their initial meeting this NBA season, a morale boosting 93-77 win.
To repeat against the Heat, the Pacers needs to slow down or totally stop the big-three from scoring and rebounding big for their team.
The Pacers needs to produce 101 percent effort in offence and defense to defeat the star-studded Heat team.
Moreover, to clinch victory, Pacers superstar forward Danny Granger needs to give his A-game in scoring and rebounding against the Heat.
